All orders shipped by USPS, within 7 days after the order has been placed. Tracking information will be provided.
Some local orders may be eligible for hand delivery, and do not have to pay shipping. We will notify you if your order qualifies, and when to expect us dropping it off. If you qualify and have already paid for shipping, we will refund the shipping cost in full. If you'd rather have the order shipped normally, regular costs apply.

If you receive the incorrect order, you are eligible for a refund of the cost to ship the package back to us. Once we have received the package, we will ship the corrected order to you, at no additional cost, as soon as possible.
If your order is missing any items, they will be shipped to you, at no additional cost, as soon as possible.
If inventory does not allow us to fulfill the original order, you will be eligible for a full refund.
All other sales are final. We will not re-ship any damaged, stolen, or lost orders.
